Current Opportunity

We are actively seeking an experienced, successful BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. Reporting to our CEO.  This is a perfect role for someone looking to make a significant contribution and be part of the exciting journey as we continue to grow.


Key Responsibilities

You will bring passion, drive, and a genuine customer first approach to help our enterprise customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Responsible for growing Digital Cognate’s market share
  • Building a solid knowledge and understanding of our technology
  • Ownership of developing and executing the sales business plan
  • Develop sector plan and targeting opportunities, representing the business at events such as trade shows, exhibitions and networking events
  • Accurate and timely weekly forecasting and pipeline development
  • Development of key channel relationships
  • Key customer engagement
  • Sales operational, sales and marketing team engagement
  • Driving the presence and profile of our partners internally within Digital Cognate and externally to customers
  • Negotiate on deals
  • Input into purchasing, sales and pricing policy
  • Strategic input into market proposition

The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local Digital Cognate office and remotely depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.  You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
